Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess the prescribed qualifications as per:

• UGC Regulations, 2018 (Minimum Qualification for Appointment of Teachers and other Academic Staff in Universities and Colleges).

• Qualifications and experience will be determined as on the closing date of application (10 April 2026).

Important Eligibility Conditions:

• Foreign Ph.D.: Candidates with Ph.D. from foreign universities must enclose an "Equivalence Certificate" from the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi.

• Reservation: Reservation benefits for SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/EWS/PwBD categories will be applicable as per State Government norms. Candidates must upload valid, digitally verifiable certificates.

• PwBD Candidates: Relevant disability must not be less than 40%. A valid Disability Certificate must be uploaded.
