Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must possess the prescribed qualifications, experience, and eligibility criteria as per:
UGC Regulations on Minimum Qualifications for Appointment of Teachers in Universities and Colleges, 2018 (as amended from time to time)
Relevant norms of AICTE/NCTE/BCI, as applicable to specific disciplines.
Eligibility will be determined as on the closing date of application (26 March 2026).
Important Eligibility Conditions:
Ph.D. Compliance: Applicants for Assistant Professor must submit a certificate (Annexure I & II) from their University confirming their Ph.D. degree complies with relevant UGC Regulations.
Foreign Ph.D.: Candidates with Ph.D. from foreign universities must enclose an "Equivalence Certificate" issued by the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi.

Selection Process
Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on the screening guidelines of UGC Regulations, 2018. Mere fulfillment of minimum qualifications does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview.
Interview: Shortlisted candidates may be assessed through a seminar/lecture or discussion on their ability to use latest technology in teaching and research.
TA/DA: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. However, outstation SC/ST/PwBD candidates will be paid single second-class railway fare on production of proof.
