Eligibility Criteria
For Professor:
Ph.D. degree in concerned/allied/relevant discipline
Minimum 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals with total research score of 120 as per UGC Regulations 2018
Minimum 10 years of teaching/research experience (with evidence of guiding doctoral candidates)
OR outstanding professional with Ph.D. and 10 years research experience
For Associate Professor:
Ph.D. degree in concerned/allied/relevant discipline
Master’s degree with at least 50% marks
Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience equivalent to Assistant Professor
Minimum 7 publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals with total research score of 75
For Assistant Professor:
Master’s degree in concerned subject with at least 55% marks (50% for reserved categories)
NET (UGC/CSIR) or SLET/SET qualification
Ph.D. degree holders (as per UGC Regulations 2018) exempted from NET
For Hotel & Tourism Management: Alternative eligibility with Bachelor’s in HMCT and 5 years managerial experience in 4-star hotel

For Previous Applicants: Candidates who had applied earlier against previous advertisements (Advt. No. 2045/2025, 1126/2025, 1494/2025, 1896/2025, 4410/2024, 37/2025) need not apply again; their previous applications will be considered.
Employed Candidates: Must apply through proper channel and produce No Objection Certificate and Vigilance Clearance Certificate at the time of interview.

Selection Process
Screening: Applications scrutinized by a Scrutiny Committee based on academic records, publications, experience, and Research Score.
Shortlisting: As per University ordinance, restricted based on qualifications/experience higher than minimum prescribed if number of applications is large.
Interview: Shortlisted candidates called for presentation-cum-interview. Candidates residing outside India may be interviewed via Skype or video conferencing.
