Assistant Professor: Master's degree with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwD) + NET (UGC/CSIR) or SLET/SET + Ph.D. (as per UGC Regulations 2009/2016) exempts from NET
Age Limit: As per University / Uttar Pradesh Government norms (relaxations applicable for reserved categories)
Reservation: As per Government of Uttar Pradesh rules (domicile required for reserved category benefits; SC/ST/OBC/EWS/DA candidates must attach necessary certificates on prescribed format)
In-service candidates must apply through proper channel with NOC and Vigilance Clearance Certificate

Selection Process
Phase I (100 + 40 marks):
Basic Academic score and API Score (100 marks)
Written Test (Objective Type - 100 MCQs in 2 hours) to assess subject knowledge (40 marks)
Syllabus: UGC/CSIR/NET syllabus for the relevant subject
Phase II (30 marks):
Assessment of teaching skills and computer proficiency through PowerPoint presentation (20 marks)
Interview (10 marks)
Final Selection: Based solely on marks obtained in Phase II (candidate must secure at least 50% marks in Phase II to be eligible)
Important: Basic academic scores and API scores will be published on the university website. Candidates can file objections within 7 days via email. Written test result objections can be filed within 3 days.
